OPISAS strengthens its digital presence thanks to 2 high-profile webinars: the first, on February 11, with Traders' Magazine, the education and communication platform for élite traders and investors. The second, following along on February 12, within the framework of CEPI Academy, an initiative promoted by CEPI (European federation of real estate professionals, already professional partner with OPISAS), during which authorities in relevant subjects are invited to discuss specific issues.
These events saw OPISAS illustrating the advantages and opportunities of a portfolio diversification in U.S. residential real estate, both from the perspective of actual investors as well as for consultants and realtors. The huge market found in the USA, together with interesting yields and capital gain perspectives, are in fact an appealing option for those willing to diversify, secure and increase their wealth.
The public, made up of investors and real estate professionals from several countries, shown great interest and a strong degree of involvement during both presentations, so much that the next steps for following up such great success are already under evaluation.
