OPISAS is proud to announce the results of the first year of cooperation with CEPI – as a Privileged Knowledge Partner for the American real estate market - by publishing the JOINT REPORT ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN THE UNITED STATES 2018.

This is the first publication together with CEPI (Conseil Européen des Professions Immobilières/European Association of Real Estate Professions), an international non-profit organization that counts many national associations in the European industry among its members, and it represents agents and property managers.

The goal of this relationship is to share the trends of the market with European real estate professionals, using mainly information taken from the "Profile of Financial Transactions in the U.S. Real Estate Sector 2018" provided by  NAR® (National Association of Realtors).

OPISAS and CEPI wish to express their gratitude towards NAR®, the main US real estate association, which represents 1.3 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate sector, for supporting this project and for participating with its own testimonial to the realization of the Joint Report.
