During the first weekend of October, the FIAIP mid-term meeting was held in Naples, where OPISAS was also present with the REinsight.info observatory as knowledge partner on the international real estate markets.
The event, held in the frame of the Maritime Station of the capital of Campania, represented a very important moment of confrontation, exchange of ideas and news regarding the Italian and international real estate sector.
On this occasion, together with Federico Ranuzzi de 'Bianchi – FIAIP National Foreign Delegate and CEPI vice-president – OPISAS presented the results of the survey carried out in collaboration with the FIAIP Study Center on foreigners who choose to invest in Italian real estate and, in the another way, on the Italians who decide to invest in foreign real estate markets.
Subsequently, the awards ceremony was held for the first OPISAS Real Estate Special Agents, FIAIP agents who completed a highly qualifying training program focused on international real estate markets with a focus on the US one.
