Who is FENACBRE?
FENACBRE, is the National Federation of Real Estate Brokers of Ecuador. This national organization represents Professional Real Estate Brokers in Ecuador, whose mission is to professionalize real estate transactions and services in the Ecuadorian market. It aims to instill a spirit of constant personal and professional improvement among its executives, real estate agents, and collaborators, leading to a culture of teamwork and opportunity.
Their vision is to be nationally recognized and become the largest real estate association in the country, using technological systems or the system known as MLS (Multiple Listing Service), providing nationwide real estate market advice and becoming an institution that ensures professional real estate defense in Ecuador.
The alliance between FENACBRE and OPISAS was signed with the aim of achieving international expansion and gaining access to the Ecuadorian market, in order to identify and satisfy an audience of investors who wish to diversify their real estate investments in the United States. Another goal that drove us to establish this alliance was to promote knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices in the real estate sector of the United States among Ecuadorian real estate agents.
Thanks to this alliance, FENACBRE will benefit from a series of webinars, workshops, and training events conveying information on investment properties, vacation homes and MLS listings in the United States. These events will be conducted both in person and virtually, with the aim of enhancing skills and professional development of our members in areas such as property management, real estate financing, marketing, and emerging technologies. In addition, services will include accounting and legal services in the United States, mortgage and financing search services, and immigration consulting services. Through these benefits, we seek to establish a constant flow of shared information and resources that benefit both parties.
We are looking forward to sharing with FENACBRE the experience we have built over these 15 years, accompanying foreign investors in expanding their investment portfolios with properties that provide high returns and appreciation over time in the United States.
