OPISAS becomes a partner and joins the CCCBR (Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers) network.
What is CCCBR (Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers)?
CCCBR is the first national real estate association, recognized and known as the Official Chamber for its commitment to Costa Rica’s real estate market. It has been instrumental in bringing about significant changes in the industry, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law project. It has also positioned Costa Rica internationally as a prominent member of the Confederación Inmobiliaria de Latino América – CILA and the Federación de Cámaras de Bienes Raíces de América Central, Panamá y el Caribe – FECEPAC.
The alliance between the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers and OPISAS was signed at the VIII Latin American Real Estate Congress in Panama, with the aim of achieving international expansion and access to the Costa Rican market. The goal is to identify and meet the needs of investors looking to diversify their real estate investments in the United States. Another objective that motivated us to carry out this alliance is to promote knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices in the U.S. real estate sector among Costa Rican real estate agents.
Thanks to this alliance, CCCBR will benefit from a series of webinars, workshops, and training events covering topics such as real estate investments and MLS listings in the United States. These events will take place both in person and virtually, providing members with opportunities to enhance their skills in property management, real estate financing, marketing, and emerging technologies. Additionally, there will be discussions on accounting and legal services in the United States, mortgage and financing search services, and immigration consultancy. With these benefits, we aim to establish a constant flow of shared information and resources that benefit both parties.
We look forward to sharing with CCCBR the experience we have built over these 15 years, assisting foreign investors in expanding their investment portfolios with properties that offer high returns and appreciation over time in the United States.
