What is ASPAI (Peruvian Association of Real Estate Agents)?
Founded in 1997, ASPAI is the most recognized and respected association with a long history both nationally and internationally. It has been a driving force behind the creation of the Law for the registration of Real Estate Agents, significantly contributing to the development of the sector.
Being part of ASPAI offers unique advantages, including privileged access to the real estate portal mercadocasa.pe, a robust online platform for the free publication of properties. A comprehensive ecosystem comprising MLS, CRM, and a Web Portal.
The partnership between the Peruvian Association of Real Estate Agents and OPISAS was formalized during the VIII Latin American Real Estate Congress in Panama. The primary goal is to achieve significant international expansion and provide privileged access to the Peruvian real estate market. This aims to cater to an audience of investors eager to diversify their real estate activities, with a particular focus on investments in the United States.
Additionally, the collaboration aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the U.S. real estate sector among Peruvian real estate agents.
Thanks to this alliance, ASPAI will have access to a series of webinars, workshops, and training events covering topics such as investment properties and MLS listings in the United States. These initiatives will take place both in-person and virtually, contributing to enriching the skills and professional training of members in key areas such as property management, real estate financing, marketing, and emerging technologies. Additionally, services such as accounting and legal support in the United States, assistance in mortgage and financing searches, as well as immigration consultancy, will be provided.
With this collaboration, we aim to establish a constant flow of shared information and resources, creating mutual benefits for both parties involved.
We look forward to sharing with ASPAI the experience gained over more than 15 years of assisting foreign investors in expanding their real estate portfolios with properties that offer high returns and appreciation over time in the United States.
