OPISAS became a partner, thus joining the network of AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals).
Who is AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals)?
AMPI is a non-governmental organization that serves as a guiding body for real estate activity in the country, built on the shared vision of all associates, advisors, and sectional and national presidents throughout its history.
Founded on November 14, 1956, when a group of individuals envisioned the need to unite to raise the technical-professional level, establishing a Code of Ethics and Statutes within an organizational framework that has undergone transformation and growth throughout its existence.
The alliance between the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals and OPISAS was signed at the VIII Latin American Real Estate Congress in Panama, with the aim of achieving international expansion and access to the Mexican market, to identify and meet the needs of investors looking to diversify their real estate investments in the United States. Another goal that motivated us to carry out this alliance was to promote knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices in the U.S. real estate sector among Mexican real estate agents.
Thanks to this alliance, AMPI will benefit from a series of webinars, workshops, and training events covering investment properties and MLS listings in the United States, both in-person and virtually. The goal is to enrich the skills and professional training of our members in areas such as property management, real estate financing, marketing, and emerging technologies. In addition, there will be discussions on accounting and legal services in the United States, mortgage and financing search services, and immigration consulting services. With these benefits, we seek to establish a constant flow of information and shared resources that benefit both parties.
We look forward to sharing with AMPI the experience we have built over these 15 years, assisting foreign investors in expanding their investment portfolios with properties that offer high returns and appreciation over time in the United States.
