OPISAS solidifies itself as a strategic partner, joining the network of AEI (Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies).
What does AEI represent?
AEI is a non-profit legal entity founded on October 24, 1989, with the goal of bringing together all agencies dedicated to real estate business in the Dominican Republic.
In its 32 years of activity, AEI has maintained ethical commitment, defending the interests of the sector, and providing fundamental support for the training of real estate professionals through dedicated programs. The main headquarters is located in Santo Domingo, with additional National Delegations in the Norte and Este zones.
The signing of this alliance during the VIII Latin American Real Estate Congress in Panama aims to achieve international presence and access to the Dominican market, satisfying the needs of investors eager to diversify their real estate investments in the United States. Another goal motivating this collaboration is the promotion of knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices in the U.S. real estate sector among Dominican real estate agents.
Thanks to this partnership, AEI will have access to a series of webinars, workshops, and training events focused on investment properties in the United States, both in-person and virtually. This aims to enrich the skills and professional training of members, covering topics such as property management, real estate financing, marketing, and emerging technologies. Also covered are aspects like accounting and legal services in the United States, mortgages and financing services, as well as immigration consulting services. Through these benefits, the goal is to establish a constant flow of information and shared resources beneficial for both parties.
We look forward to sharing with AEI the experience built over these 15 years, supporting foreign investors in expanding their investment portfolios with properties that offer high returns and appreciation over time in the United States.
