In the USA, in-person events and exhibitions dedicated to our industry have finally restarted, we at OPISAS took the opportunity to fly to Florida to take part at the SEBC: Southeast Building Conference.
During the event we met our partners that specialize in the renovation and construction of properties we buy and then include in our inventory. The main reason for the meetings was to compare and understand how to deal with this particular historical moment in which the lack of availability and the increase in material cost seem to hinder us.
From these meetings we gained a lot of ideas and came up with a clear and solid strategy, thanks also to agreements we have finalized with new partners, in order to assure your real estate investments are even safer and more profitable.

Towards the end of August we will be traveling again to attend other events in the United States, including the Florida Realtor Convention & Trade Expo, the most important event for Realtors in the state of Florida. The exhibition will be held on August 25th and 26th at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.
We look forward to meeting with all the other professionals in the real estate investment sector.
