Company structure

Through the establishment of a holding structure with its consolidated financial-statement, we have stabilized the various operational structures developed over the years. Our objective was to make the corporate structure more efficient and homogeneous both from an accounting and a governance point of view. This was acheived by clarifying the control relationships while preserving the operational independence.

Entity in charge of the complete management and oversight of the real estate buying and selling process. Its responsibilities include identifying real estate opportunities, negotiating and acquiring properties, handling all transactions, and taking care of the legal and administrative details necessary to ensure an efficient and smooth buying or selling process.

OPISAS LLC

Entity responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, as well as overseeing all after-sales services we provide directly or through third parties. Its key role is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing professional service and ongoing support that goes beyond just buying and selling, helping to build long-term trusting relationships.

OPISAS was born from the vision and total dedication of its Founder, Christian Calusa. Over the years, he has built a skilled team of professionals with a proven track record, making the Founder’s original vision scalable and efficient.

Our strategy focuses on acquiring assets in locations that have interesting value added potential. We identify growing markets with solid fundamentals where employment growth drives demand for rental properties. Locations close to highly populated and already developed centres whose markets may be saturated. The affordable residential market in the US is characterized by a generally limited inventory compared to demand.

The American population, in fact, has been steadily increasing since the 60s. The inventory, however, after the 2008 crisis has not returned to pre-crisis levels. This has an effect on real estate values and rental trends.
