After the Miami Association of Realtors, Opisas continues to strength its position in the US real estate market entering even the prestigious NAR (National Association of Realtors), thanks to the CEO and founder Christian Calusa.
The NAR, founded in Chicago (where are located its headquarters) in May 1908, is the largest American association operating in the market, and counts over a million members throughout the country; besides being involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries, the Association also functions as a self-regulatory organization for real estate brokerage. To be able to practice their profession, all the NAR members must have obtained a state license, in addition to pledge themselves to a rigorous code of ethics and standards of practice, which was adopted in 1913.
