Boris Pizzolitto, Chief Strategic Investor Relations Officer of OPISAS, was interviewed in a recent edition of Plus24, the in-depth insert of Il Sole 24 Ore. Italy's leading financial newspaper asked OPISAS to analyze the current situation of the U.S. real estate market. More specifically, during the interview together with Giuseppe Romano, director of the Consultique research office, the structural differences between today's situation and the one that led to the 2008 crisis were highlighted. Those differences do not foreshadow the explosion of a financial bubble as in 2008 but, indeed, they may turn out to be interesting investment opportunities given the rental residential.
