Just on August 15, 2008, on the eve of a strong global economic upheaval, from the intuition of our founder, it was born the idea to provide investors from all over the world with solutions and services to make international real estate investments (Overseas Property Investment Solutions and Services) – or OPISAS.

The solution is the daughter of the epochal change taking place in those days in the USA, since it is precisely in moments of crisis that the greatest opportunities arise.
And here the intuition was in offering turnkey investment solutions belonging to a specific market niche, namely accessible residential properties already rented to the average American. In this market segment, in fact, precisely as a consequence of the events of 2008, the demand for properties to be purchased and rented has seen constant growth driven by an endemic inventory shortage. In addition, in the price segment identified, i.e. from 60,000 to 150,000 dollars per unit, rental income is among the most interesting, from 6 to 11% net per year, and continuous over time. This is because over 80% of the residents in these types of properties live for rent. And it is no exaggeration to argue that a roof over one's head is the first thought for Americans.
