OPISAS and CEPI – European Association of Real Estate Professions, the organization that regroups on a European level national association of realtors and property managers – released a joint about 2019 Joint Report, broadcasting it to media, professional partners and associates worldwide.
The 2019 Joint Report, developed by OPISAS, with its observatory on international real estate markets - OPISAS REinsight -, and CEPI, in collaboration with NAR – National Association of REALTORS®, the flagship association for US real estate professional world -, has been presented on October 23rd, 2019, in London, during CEPI Annual General Meeting.
The Joint Report is a document published on a yearly basis, aimed at providing real estate professionals with data and analysis concerning residential real estate market and mutual investments between the USA and Europe.
Here below the highlights from the last edition:
Europeans investing in the USA:
- 7 out of 10 purchase without going to the States
- Great Britain, France and Germany are the first 3 countries of origin of European investors in the USA
US citizens and residents willing to invest in Europe:
- 57% of US brokers do not know whom to redirect their interested clients
- Italy is the first destination searched by stars and stripes investors
