This month saw the first of many Development Inspections in Tunisia to be concluded by OPISAS for assurance to investing clients.

MD Nimesh Patel visited VIP1 Development courtesy of the developer in Tunisia. Sousse was first, VIP1 has progressed on time, internal and external finishing is of an exceptional high standard and investors can rest assured of a excellent quality build and finish.

The Hergla site was also on the agenda with reassurance from OPISAS that this is truly a front line beach development of apartments to be built to the same quality as VIP1. Many studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments will benefit from panoramic sea views.

Finally, Tunis the capital was the last stop. OPISAS were privileged to meet with the Minister at the Office National du Tourisme. An open discussion was invited with OPISAS very much in the forefront to securing solid working relationships with government officials. This meeting was of great benefit and offered a clear vision of the government plan for the future.

OPISAS covered the coastline from the sleepy town of Mahdia along to Monastir and on to the touristic town of Sousse.  Port El Kantaoui with its beautiful marina followed and then continuing along the coastal route to Hammamet, Tunis the capital and finally the golden sands of Kelibia a sea front development of luxury villas and apartments surrounded by green gardens ascending from the back to the beach.

In conclusion Tunisia is a vibrant yet quiet country from coast to coast, with miles of unspoilt areas both inland and by the coastline just waiting to be woken up. With off-plan build restrictions in place this promises to be a low density high standard yet economically sound investment option compared to many other countries.
