November saw the first of a number of trips made by the OPISAS team to further broaden their knowledge and awareness of the Egyptian Property Market and to sample some of the many benefits of this beautiful country.

All the team travelled to Sharm el Sheikh for a week to assess what new opportunities and investments exist to the international market. Egypt is arguable one of the most exciting investment destinations at present for those seeking a second home or as an investment property to expand ones present portfolio.

Sharm el Sheikh has an abundance of activities on offer which we certainly took full advantage of whilst visiting! From Scuba Diving in the clear blue waters of the Red Sea, Go-Karting, Camel Trekking and Quad Biking trails into the desert, all of which further enhanced our opinion that Egypt has a lot more to offer than just great weather.

We understand that with so many properties and developments currently available in this ever popular location would be buyers are being presented with the obstacle of deciding which developments are right for them.
