To bring in the New Year OPISAS travelled to the Kingdom of Morocco to view some of newest and most exciting developments currently available and some soon to be released.

With extensive experience in the Moroccan property market OPISAS already has an excellent understanding of the country and all the benefits this offers to clients interested in investing in this rapidly growing country.

Walking around the cities of Tangier, Rabat and Casablanca it was clear to me that Morocco is still firmly focused on developing and improving its infrastructure to accommodate the multitude of foreign investment it still receives. As always the relaxed attitude of the Moroccans was very refreshing especially in these difficult economic times and it pleases me to say this hasn't had a profound affect on the property market.

Meeting with a number of developers, looking at developments and seeing first-hand the scale of projects proposed over the next 12 months throughout the country left me feeling extremely confident about Morocco’s future.
